Quality Inn & Suites Circleville

The complimentary breakfast was a highlight, with a great variety of options. My room was spacious and clean, and i felt very comfortable throughout my visit.

There was no hot water .

It is close to our hometown of Ashville

We do not have cleaning services while we are there so the towels and wash clothes should correspond with the number of days booked.

Quick check-in, parking onsite. Satisfactory breakfast to start the day, great food.

Unclean bathrooms upon check-in!!! Inconsistent hot water availability, especially during showers!!! Miscommunication regarding bookings led to confusion during check-in!!! Parking lot cleanliness needs major improvement!!!

Friendly staff, clean room, fridge & microwave in room, Location - 45 minutes from Hocking Hills, renovated - new carpet & paint, bath had granite sink/porcelain tile. Good hot water for shower.

Funky smell in lobby and halls. Doors from halls to stairs & outside looked like they'd been through a war. Too bad they forgot to paint them when doing the renovations...both these things made a bad 1st impression. Also the clock & refrigerator were unplugged - I think that should have been done ahead before our arrival, or at least ask if needed.

The exterior garbage area was quite disgusting, with refuse strewn about and not attended to. The overall appearance of the hotel looked tired and in need of upkeep. I had high expectations, but the state of cleanliness around the hotel left much to be desired, casting a shadow over my experience.

Found beer left in the refrigerator from the previous tenant and an empty water bottle on the table.

great access to local attractions and parks for city walks

the staff was super friendly, and the hotel is just a pleasant stroll away from Ted Lewis Museum, which really adds to the fun of exploring Circleville on foot.

The person at the desk, I can't remember her name (think it was Miller) was very helpful. She is a great representative for the franchise.

I was very disappointed with the fitness area. Part of my choice for that location (which was a half hour from the event I was attending) was the fitness center. The equipment was old and parts of it didn't work.

We were there for 1 day, everything was good, appreciated its comfortable and marvellous location close enough to numerous eateries and shopping, and Bob Evans. The room was newly decorated, featured climate control, TV and a mini-fridge.

The vacuuming in the hallway at 8:30pm was rather charming, if you enjoy late-night concerts. Oh, and discovering a crumpled piece of carpet between my door and the adjoining room was definitly a highlight, really. I expected some sort of compensation for all this drama, but surprisingly, nothing! Almost considered a good review but just couldn't.

Leaving was good.

Toenails on the bathroom floor, not ours, and mildewy shower curtain, a peachy yellow color that made me afraid to get in the shower.
